This Shotgun house also in the Belknap neighborhood was a poorly divided space that just needed a rethink. After moving and removing a few walls, adding a bath, and moving the kitchen to the front we achieved a more pragmatic floor plan that maximized the space and flow of the house while also adding a bathroom.
